The 2016 Rotary Prince County Hospital Foundation Golf Classic was held this past weekend. It was a spectacular day and a full slate of teams participated in the annual event. In the end, the team representing Holland College took home the Earl Cannon trophy.

There were plenty of prizes to be given away, including the silent auction. One team even came within an inch of winning a brand new Jeep Wrangler! Unfortunately the shot off the tee came up an inch short of a hole in one.

A significant portion of the funds raised goes to support the Prince County Hospital Foundation; the remaining portion is allocated to the Rotary Club's general fund in order to be used for various projects throughout the community.
The day could not have been as successful as it was without all the hard work and effort by the organizing committee, as well as all the various sponsors, including the title sponsor Fitzgerald and Snow. The Summerside Rotary Club thanks all the participants for their support and hopes to see everyone out again next year!
