Adventure in Citizenship

Lucas MacLean is a 17 year old student from Summerside.  He is the son of Karen and Kenny MacLean...grandson of Vance and Sheila Bridges.

Lucas was selected to attend the Rotary Adventure in Citizenship in Ottawa, May 3-6 on the basis of his community involvement and academic excellence.

In his application, he indicated he "loves to travel so the potential chance to our our capital city of Canada and the Parliament buildings would be an amazing experience.  I also love politics which would make the opportunity to tour the Parliament buildings a very neat one.  I love the history of our great nation and would deeply enjoy the experience to learn more about it.

Lucas will be doing a presentation to the Club upon his return.
