Recently, the Rotary Club of Summerside was pleased to add its newest member: Dr. Angela Arsenault. Dr. Arsenault was born and raised in Summerside and attended the University of Prince Edward Island and the University of Waterloo. She is pleased to be back in Summerside practicing optometry at her own "In Focus Eye Care" clinic.
